Multiscent 20
A tablet-type electronic device designed for olfactory testing.
Incorporating patented technology, the Multiscent 20 accommodates 20 distinct scents via fragrance cartridges. Controlled by a dedicated application, it presents test stimuli to patients, administers scents for evaluation, and records responses for comprehensive reporting.
Offering identification tests presently, Discrimination tests are scheduled for release on second half 2024.
Exploring the Identification Test
The identification test comprises 20 scent stimuli presented to patients through multiple-choice queries. In each instance, patients must discern the scent among four options displayed on the screen.
Upon completion of all 20 questions, the software furnishes a summary detailing correct responses, time per question, and discrepancies against an answer key.
